Returns and withdrawal policy framework dated 26 September 2026 for purchases on Shopial.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Unless legal exceptions apply, consumers may withdraw within 14 days from delivery without stating a reason. Start a return from your account order detail or contact support.
2. Return process
- Submit a return request with order number and item details.
- Ship products in resaleable condition with original packaging where possible.
- Refund is processed to the original payment method or wallet per platform settings after inspection.
3. Exceptions
Custom-made goods, perishables, hygiene products opened after delivery, digital content started with consent, and other statutory exceptions may not be eligible for withdrawal.
4. Defective goods
Statutory rights for defective goods under Turkish Consumer Protection Law remain unaffected.
