This user agreement applies to your use of the Shopial marketplace as of 16 August 2026. By registering or placing orders you accept these terms.
1. Service
Shopial provides an intermediary e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers. Product sales contracts are concluded between you and the relevant seller; Shopial facilitates ordering, payment and communication.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate registration and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Shopial may suspend accounts that violate law, these terms or platform policies.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in TRY including VAT. Payment is processed via authorised payment providers. Order confirmation is subject to successful payment and seller acceptance of stock.
4. Privacy and communications
Personal data is processed under our KVKK notice and privacy policy. Marketing messages require separate consent where applicable.
