Marketplace vendor terms dated 16 August 2026. Sellers listing products on Shopial accept these conditions.
1. Role of parties
The vendor is the seller of record for listed products. Shopial provides the marketplace infrastructure, payment collection where applicable, and operational tools.
2. Product and legal compliance
- Product information, prices, stock and images must be accurate and lawful.
- Vendor maintains valid tax and trade registration information.
- Prohibited, counterfeit or non-compliant products may not be listed.
3. Orders, shipping and invoices
Vendor fulfils approved orders within stated lead times, arranges shipment and provides customer invoices as required by law.
4. Commission and payouts
Platform commission and payout hold periods follow the vendor dashboard and current platform commercial terms.
