Distance Sales Agreement

The binding agreement for your order is generated at checkout with your name, delivery address, seller details, product lines and exact prices. The text below is the general framework.

This distance sales agreement framework applies to purchases made through the Shopial marketplace as of 16 August 2026. Shopial acts as an intermediary e-commerce service provider; each product is sold by an independent seller.

1. Parties

• Buyer (consumer): identity and delivery address are taken from the address you select at checkout.
• Seller: for each order, the legal identity of the marketplace seller(s) supplying the products is shown in the checkout agreement.

2. Subject

The subject is the sale and delivery of goods ordered electronically through Shopial, under the rights and obligations set out in Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products and essential characteristics

Product name, model/variant, quantity, unit price and line total are listed on the product page and in the checkout agreement for your basket. Descriptions and images on the storefront constitute part of the product information.

4. Price and payment

• All prices shown on Shopial include VAT in TRY.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout according to platform settings and the carrier.
• Payment is collected via the selected payment provider on the secure payment page after you approve the pre-contract information form and this agreement.
• Promotional discounts and coupon codes, if any, are applied at checkout.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address you provide. In the marketplace model, each seller fulfils shipment for their own line items. Estimated delivery depends on seller processing time and the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

Unless statutory exceptions apply, you may withdraw within 14 days from the day you receive the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, initiate a return from your account area or contact support.

• Exceptions may apply to goods prepared per your request, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products opened after delivery, digital content where performance has begun with your consent, and other cases listed in law.
• Return shipping and refund rules are described in the Returns Policy.

7. Defective goods and complaints

For defective or non-conforming goods, your statutory rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law apply. Platform support: destek@shopial.com. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at your place of residence are competent for disputes within monetary limits set by law.

8. Effectiveness

By checking the mandatory consent boxes at checkout you confirm that you have read and accepted the pre-contract information form and the order-specific distance sales agreement presented to you.
